All the attendees and listeners must register in advance in order to participate in all the conference activities. We recommend you should proceed to your online registration before the deadline to leave yourself plenty of time to prepare for your participation.

Considering the impact of COVID-19, the registration for online presentation will be highly recommended.

Each registration enables publication of only one paper. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is only valid for one paper and one person. Full Registration Includes: Keynotes&Plenaries, Technical Sessions, Coffee Breaks, Lunch, Dinner, Conference Proceedings and a gift.

1. Considering the long-term of COVID-19, ICIVP can accept onlin presentation for those who can't attend the conference.
2. Each registration covers only the publication of one paper and entitles only one author to attend the conference, if co-authors or accompanying persons want to attend the conference, it's suggested they register as listeners.

* Student rate is given to the author(s) of a paper whose first author and presenter are a student with requirement to show their student card(s).
* When a paper exceeds 8 pages, additional pages will be chargeable.
* Each paid registration covers only one paper; you can pay Extra Paper Charges for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.
* Accompanying person needs to register as audience to attend the conference.
* Onsite registration is only applicable to audience. In order to prepare materials for the onsite registrants in advance, please give us a notice in advance.
* Every participant should finish the registraiton at first. The registered author can get the attandance card and should wear the card when you attend the conference. If not, the conference staff onsite can stop your entrance.
* Please keep all your belongings at any time. The conference organizer will not be responsible for any loss.

Cancellation Attention
Every participant should finish the registration before he can attend the conference. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization.

Due to the personal reason and Force Majeure, there will be no fund for registration: Personal reason such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.

Cancellations received on or before April 1, 2021 are entitled to refund minus 10% processing fee for author registrations and presenter registrations, During April 1, 2021 to June 1, 2021, minus 30% processing fee for author registrations and presenter registrations when the author reqest to refund. No refund can be allowed after June 1, 2021.

Conference Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
